“Worst experience possible. Family run companies are usually better than most, but in this case, their total incompetence cost me hundreds of dollars and a three day wait for a shipment.
After I missed their first delivery at 8am, the driver left no number or contact information. I called their office over the course of 5 hours. They claimed to be open but never returned my calls. Avoid Bates Brothers at all costs.”
